Top Line Franchise Training

Getting Started:
Our training team will start you off on your journey toward franchise ownership with materials to study before your initial training begins. These materials will provide an introduction and base knowledge about the company, the concept, and basic expectations.
Location Start-Up Guidance:
We will provide guidance and direction as you seek out an ideal location for your Rib & Chop House restaurant. With our design and build-out specs, you’ll create a gorgeous space filled with Rocky Mountain Hospitality.
Initial Training:
Rib & Chop House training is extensive. Expect six weeks of classroom and in-restaurant training for you and any investment partners, your General Manager, two Front of House Managers, and two Kitchen Managers.
Onsite Training:
For your restaurant opening, up to eight members of the franchise development team will join you at your location for up to three weeks. We want you feeling calm and confident – and well supported!
Ongoing Support
- Utilize Easy-to-use Technology: Learn our user-friendly online ordering system, as well as other software platforms designed to help make business operations a breeze.
- Reference Comprehensive Documentation: Our confidential operations manual details the important aspects of running your business, from key operational procedures to finances, exclusive recipes, reporting functions, and more.

Marketing Guidance
We’ll guide you as you plan your marketing campaigns to local customers, with brand guidelines and samples you can follow, Royalty Program materials, website presence, social media guideless, and so much more.
